The Johnson family lives in Thailand. They work with third-culture kids through Rob’s job as a school counselor at an international school and Christina’s job at their church. Christina also volunteers with a local Christian ministry that meets physical needs while they share the gospel.

Schmidts serve with Wycliffe Bible Translators, leading translation projects in Mexico. The people they serve are not Spanish-speaking, but indigenous people groups who lived in Mexico centuries before the Spanish arrived. Approximately 25 million such people live in Mexico in 200 ethnic groups that still don’t have the Bible in their language. Most live in remote, mountainous, areas of Southern Mexico. Jim & Nydia are working with local translators to get God’s Word in the heart languages of these people.

Dan & Carolyn have roughly three decades of experience in missions, mainly in the Asia/Pacific region.  Currently, they minister to oversees missionaries, who are experiencing intense stress: cultural, relational, and spiritual.  Dan & Carolyn facilitate conflict resolution, counseling, and other heart and soul care to career missionaries, so that they can remain effective and on the field.

Jonathan & Quynh serve with Wycliffe Bible Translators.

Jonathan assists Wycliffe by working with local artists throughout the Americas region who put the Bible into their own story, song, and video forms.

Standing Stone’s mission is to see all ministry leaders in a trusted relationship with someone able to connect with them, appreciate them, relate to them, and encourage them for greater ministry effectiveness. Ruth has been a pastor’s wife for 30 years and has raised six children with her husband Travis. Her heart for ministry wives and their children has continued to grow as she has become a person sought out for encouragement and friendship by those who are in ministry. Recognizing a growing need in caring for these families, she has now focused her attention on partnering with Standing Stone in full-time shepherding care for ministry families.

Lifeway Global is a church-planting organization started and operated by a group of gifted, godly Kenyans, who are planting churches in difficult Muslim areas of Africa. Heartland partners with Lifeway to operate medical clinics, agricultural clinics, and Bible teaching for their young pastors and church leaders. These efforts assist the Kenyan church planters to gain access into restricted areas, and demonstrate the love of Christ to people in real need.

Stand Fast in Freedom is Nebraska’s first long-term healing home for young women who have been rescued out of sex trafficking. Stand Fast exists to help these women rebuild their lives and find healing and wholeness in Jesus.

Possibilities Africa is an organization founded and led by Africans, seeking to address the problem of poverty through the church in the name of Jesus. They train African pastors in entrepreneurial skills, so that those pastors can model those skills to others in their congregations, lifting families out of poverty—not by providing a hand-out, but a hand up, as they experience Jesus’ reign over every aspect of life.
